Dear Amplify Family,

Due to the Allegheny Health Departments recent mandate, gatherings of 25 or more are not allowed to gather for 7 days. While this foes exclude churches, we want to respect our local authorities and continue to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. This order goes into affect tomorrow, July 3rd and is suppose to last 7 days so we anticipate being able to gather again on July 12th. For more info from our Senior Pastor, Jason Howard click the video above.

All services will be held online this weekend on Youtube and Facebook at 10am, 1pm, 6pm & 8pm and we know it’s going to be incredible! Join our online hosts in the chat rooms 15 minutes before every worship experience! We love you church family & we will see you online this weekend!

Dear Amplify Family,

Unfortunately our new building in the Uptown neighborhood is still being held up with paperwork and we won’t be able to welcome you to Church at our City location Sunday June 21. Our team has been working tirelessly to prepare this space for you, and we’ve been anticipating having you and the local community join with us for worship on a weekly basis. Until that time, we will see you at our East campus on Sundays at 10am or on Youtube/Facebook at 10am, 1pm, 6pm and 8pm. We love you and thank you for being a valuable part of this family.

With all of our love,

Pastors Jason and Aj Howard

Dear Amplify Family,

Every time we think about you, we are so overwhelmed with gratitude and love!  During this unprecedented season, we have seen God do great things though our community even though we couldn’t meet in person.

While we know that a powerful online ministry is going to reach many people in the days and years to come, we also believe that gathering in-person is a necessary part of our ministry.

With the Governor’s announcement today that the Pittsburgh region is moving to the “green” phase of reopening, we are excited to announce that we will open our Pittsburgh East campus for Sunday worship on June 7th. Our brand new City campus building will be opening soon – stay tuned for an announcement date! We will keep you updated about our Pittsburgh South and Philly campuses as we continue to navigate the days and weeks to come.

We will be following all recommendations given to us by our local authorities and the CDC. To find out more about our reopening plan, you can find our guidelines and the CDC guidelines below

We are also reopening in tandem with many churches in the Pittsburgh region. A letter that many pastors have signed is also available for you to read on our website.

We care deeply about your safety, and we believe that we can proceed with in-person gatherings while creating a safe environment. As directed by the CDC, we will be implementing safety precautions such as mandatory temperature checks and hand-washing for staff and volunteers as well as socially distanced seating for all attendees.

Amplify Kids, Amplify Youth and our other ministries will be reopening throughout the month of June (but at a later date than the 7th) – stay tuned for updates.  Amplify Small groups are currently meeting with in-person as well as online options. You can discover more about our groups through the Amplify Church app.

For those of you who are at a greater risk of illness, have symptoms, or are uncomfortable returning to in-person gatherings, we will continue to see you online!

For the rest, we can’t wait to see you on June 7th!

With all of our love,

Pastors Jason and Aj Howard
