Church At The Point 2023 is happening on September 3rd at 6:30pm! Join the Amplify Family for a night of worship, a message from Pastor Jason, and baptisms in the river! This is always a can't miss event every year so be sure to invite your friends & we'll see you there!
We will NOT be having any other services at our Pittsburgh Campuses on September 3rd. Everyone will be coming together at Church At The Point!
Baptisms
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. It’s a public declaration that you have put your faith in Jesus as the Son of God who died on the cross in our place and rose from the dead. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, and allows them to celebrate this decision with you. If you’ve made the decision to put your faith in Jesus, you’re ready to be baptized! If you're thinking about it but aren't quite sure, read these common questions about baptism.

Where do I park?
Free street parking around the Point is free on Sundays so if you're lucky enough to snag a spot then go you! For those who don't want to drive around looking for street parking, there are plenty of parking garages near by.
Is Church At The Point free?
Yes! Church At The Point is just like any other Sunday worship experience in the way that you don't have to pay to be there!
What's seating like?
Have you ever been to Walmart on Black Friday? It's kind of like that! Seating does tend to fill up pretty quickly so we encourage everybody to get there with enough time to get a good seat.
Any other last minute tips?
The weather is always unknown every year so be sure to check the weather before heading out the door and pack sunscreen, a hat, and water accordingly

Why come to Church At The Point?
If you've been around for a while, you probably know that Church at the Point is a big deal around here, but if you've never attended, you may be wondering why. We're here to provide some highlights that make Church at the Point Sunday one of our favorite events of the year!
1. Every year at Church at the Point, we see an extraordinary number of people decide to accept Jesus into their life, whether they're invited by friends or just walking through Point State Park. It's truly incredible to hear stories about how Jesus showed up in so many peoples' lives, making this our number one reason to get to Church at the Point!
2. We get the opportunity to to praise God in the very heart of our city! It's nothing new that our world is going through dark times, but Church at the Point Sunday is an opportunity to take our focus off of our own circumstances and look to the God who longs to know and nurture his children.
3. Each year we baptize hundreds of people in the Allegheny River following our services! These moments are always so powerful. Even if you decide not to get baptized or have been baptized before, just watching and supporting others take this step in their faith is an incredible experience!
